Who we are

What we collect

When you submit our contact or “Let’s Talk” form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number, company, service of interest, budget range, timeline and message. We also record the date of submission and the page it was sent from. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.
• To protect our forms against spam and abuse.

We use your details only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Service providers

Enquiries are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase and are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide their services. Access is restricted to authorised team members.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless you become a client (in which case we keep records for as long as required for the engagement and our legal obligations).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing business.howlers@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies & storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses essential browser storage only, for example to remember that you recently submitted a form. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
